SALES POLICIES

TERMS: All orders Prepaid by MasterCard or Visa, Open Account on orders that have been credit approved by Specialty Fasteners, or COD Money Order or Cashier’s Check Only. Prices subject to change without notice. California sales tax will be added to in-state sales, unless a resale certificate has been submitted before time of shipment.

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service, either by Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day or NextDay. All orders are shipped freight collect.

RETURNING: Claims for shortage or shipment error must be made within 3 days of receipt of shipment. All returns must be authorized by Specialty Fasteners and include a copy of the original invoice. Parts ordered in error or returned/refused shipments are subject to a 15% (min.) restocking charge.

WARRANTY: Specialty Fasteners will replace any part that is defective in material or workmanship, upon return and inspection. This warranty does not cover damage to any chassis or engine, parts, labor, personal injury or any other damage or injury. This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranties and of any other obligation on the part of Specialty Fasteners.
