TERMS - All orders shipped COD, certified check, or pre-paid by
MasterCard or Visa unless prior arrangements are made. All
items offered subject to prior sale. All prices subject to change
without notice. California residents add 8.25% sales tax or
submit resale certificate in advance.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT - Claims for damages should be made to the freight forwarder as soon as possible. Specialty Fasteners is released from responsibility when the freight forwarder accepts the shipment.

RETURNS - Claims for shortage or shipment error must be made within three days of receipt of shipment. All returns must be authorized by Specialty Fasteners and be shipped pre-paid. Any parts ordered in error are subject to a 15% restocking charge. If a shipment is refused or returned without cause the customer will be billed for freight both ways, a 15% restocking charge and any other costs incurred.

WARRANTY - Specialty Fasteners will replace any part that is defective in material or workmanship, upon return and inspection. This warranty does not cover damage to any chassis or engine, parts, labor, personal injury or any other damage or injury. This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranties and of any other obligation on the part of Specialty Fasteners.
